DA VoIP pure: the hosted Microsoft Lync solution

Make your life simple by eliminating the installation of a standard telephone switchboard and local telephone lines.

This solution is completely integrated in our Desktop Anywhere solution in order to benefit from interaction with Outlook (voice messages and chat history in the form of emails, etc.).

All that you need are Microsoft Lync telephones (or failing this any Lync-compatible device such as a PC, laptop or tablet) and an Internet connection. The rest of the service is managed by us.

3 main types of telephone configurations

If this is simplified to the extreme, there are three main types of telephone configurations:

"100% standard" telephone systems

Mixed telephone system which, for convenience, we will call "hybrid". This is a mixture of "standard" and "VoIP" telephone systems in variable proportions, depending on the needs of the end user

"100% VoIP" telephone systems

Each of the basic configurations has its own advantages and disadvantages. Depending on the needs of your company, some points will have a greater weighting.
